Honey garlic salmon

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet - 4
- Unsalted butter (melted) - 2 tbsp
- Garlic (minced) - 4 cloves
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Dried parsley - 0.5 tsp
- Salt - 0.25 tsp
- Pepper - 0.25
- Paprika - pinch
- Rice (cooked)
- Lemon (sliced into wedges) - 1 (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan). Line a baking tray with tin foil, making sure the sides are turned up to catch the sauce while baking, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients apart from the salmon and lemon wedges.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side-down on the baking tray and pour the mixture over the fillets.
- Arrange the lemon wedges on and around the salmon and bake for 8 minutes.
- Take the salmon our and baste it with any pooled sauce. Put the baking tray back into the over and bake for another 4-7 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
- Serve with rice.
